胫骨远端原发骨肿瘤十分罕见，最常见为软骨肉瘤和骨肉瘤。胫骨远端和踝关节原发骨肿瘤切除人工假体置换极具挑战性，鲜有人尝试。本研究的目的在于评估胫骨远端肿瘤整块切除后定制型假体置换术的效果。
